Workflow - Sending an email 12 month after a date

Hi All

This is my first ever post and i have been chucked in at the deep end with regards to CRM so apologies if this has been asked before.

I am trying to create a workflow that will look at a date in the system and say if this date was over 12 months ago, send an email. I can't get this to work and hoped I could find help.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't want the process to wait 12 months before sending an email. The date in the selected field may be change during this time. I would like it to look at the date and only send the email if it is over 12 months ago.

For example, if the date shows 20/11/2016 then send the email, if it shows 22/11/2016 then don't send the email.

I hope this makes sense.

you cau use Process Timeout Condition .
