Dynamics 365 Online cannot delete email activities

Hi,

I am having problems deleting email activities.

It happens to certain emails, and when I go to the Sales > Activities entities, and select "All Emails", and I select one without "Regarding", and click the "Delete" button on the top menu, and I get 

"

Unexpected Error
An error has occurred. 

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.

"

Recently we just upgrade it to Dynamics 365 8.2 from Dynamics CRM 8.1 2016 update. And I have never tried to delete any activities before the upgrade, so I can't say it's causing the problem.

    BTW, I logged in with system administrator, office 365 global administrator actually. And the email does have attachment, just a png picture. Cheers.

    Hi Ares,

    Since there are other guys here facing the same problem we may have a potential product defect that can be worked with Support team.

    Can you collect any other detail and share with us? You can use Fiddler tool or even 'F12' Dev tool console to get more details.

    Thanks for looking into this.

    F12 didn't say anything when I tried to delete an email activity but failed.

    But here is the content for the log file:

    Has anyone been able to solve this we are having the same issue.  We cannot delete any email message that has an attachment, nor can we remove the attachment.

    We've tried all sorts, but without any luck.

    Hi,

    We have solved this by open a support request to Microsoft. They said its a known issue and will be resolve in next release.For now,they have made a change in our database.
