TDS calculation on non-resident vendor invoice in foreign currency

Dear all,

I have created a vendor Invoice for a foreign vendor (Japan) with amount of 1000 and applied TDS with 10% rate. below are details

Expected values::

Amount (JPY) : 1000     TDS: 100 (1000*10%)

Currency exchange (INR-JPY): 72.3

Amount (INR): 723         TDS: 72.3 (723*10%)

AX posted values::

Amount (JPY) : 1000     TDS: 100 (1000*10%)

Currency exchange (INR-JPY): 72.3

Amount (INR): 723         TDS: 71.6 ()

I have tried but, couldn't find it, Can anyone help me why this difference was came...

    Hi Laxmi Narayana,

    It will be difficult to say without analysing the entire voucher, is the date on which TDS is registered in system and the date on which invoice is posted same?

    Hi Laxmi,

    Are you on the very latest AX2012R3 version and have you implemented all necessary hotfixes?

    On LCS, there are a number of hotfixes that seem to be related to your issue.

    Please check especially:

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Details

    and

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results
