I ran the GP10 Year-End Update (MicrosoftDynamicsGP-KB2435617-v10-ENU.exe) on the server and eleven workstations. GP has the Canadian Payroll & Project Accounting modules.
Two of these eleven workstations keep showing a warning about the R7131.DIC everytime that GP10 is launched.
I then set up a VM with Windows XP (all latest patches), and then GP10, and I get the same error.
The only difference between these three installations (two physical computers and the virtual machine) and the nine other computers that don't have the warning when GP10 is launched is that the GP on these three were installed from a customized installation from the GP10-SP5 DVD (downloaded from CustomerSource)... All others were customized from the original gold master of the GP10 DVD.
Has anyone seen this problem? I even tried wiping out my REPORTS.DIC, PAREPT.DIC, R7131.DIC files from the server (report dictionaries are shared), and then imported them from the ".package" file that I backed up (exported) before the Year End update, and upon importing, I exited GP10 and launched it again, and I still get the R7131.DIC warning.
Is there a patch or a work-around so I can supress the error? Everything else seems to work fine.
Thank you.
Chris.
