ACH Setup in the US version

I've been trying to run ACH test with our bank, but whenever i try to export the file to txt so sometimes i get the option to print to txt and sometimes when i click on export nothing is happening

am sure i have the right setup but somehow it is not working !

I GET AN ERROR DURING SETUP. I GO TO CHOOSE THE OPTION OF SETTING IT UP AND IT TAKES ME TO A WEB PAGE THAT ERRORS

When I train my customer on EFT Exports, I use this handout, hope it helps. If you need help with the Data Exchange, please advise.
