Hi team,

We have a requirement where we have to validate the names and address in CRM UI with the external database which don't have any web services. After completion of the validation we have to show a notification message to the user.Any help or guidance is highly appreciated.

    Hi,

One possible option is to develop custom action, where you can connect to your db to validate data and based on return you show notification message to user, you can call action using javascript so you can call it onchange of your field or button or any other clientside event.

    Learn more details here: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn481600.aspx

    Thanks
