Hi,

I would like to know if there is a unique identifier to recognize & verify the product receipt GL Entry (Accrued Liability) posted in AX 2012 R2 and the reversal of that receipt once invoiced.

This will assist in reconciliation purposes from GL.

Appreciate your responce

    Hi,

This depends on how you setup your number sequences.

Can you open the AP/Purchase module parameters and check what number sequences have been setup?

Also note that the number sequence is only one element that helps you with your reconciliation.

The other criteria that you can use for filtering specific transactions are the transaction type, the posting type and of course the ledger account.

In addition, you have the standard GL subledger reconciliation reports available that help you identifying whether and which transactions might not have been transferred to GL.

    Best regards

    Ludwig
