Error: No merchant properties found for hardware profile 'Virtual

Hi I'm getting this error when I try to create a transaction in MPOS:

Individual message displayed to the user: Message type: 'Error'; Resource IDs: 'unknown;;unknown;Microsoft_Dynamics_Commerce_Runtime_HeadquarterTransactionServiceMethodCallFailure;en-GB'; Title: 'undefined'; Message: 'No merchant properties found for hardware profile 'Virtual''; Additional info: 'undefined'; Correlation Id: '4ce5dc7e-b73e-badd-5a3e-586505e67457'

What's causing it?

I did install "Virtual peripheral simulator" & removed it but I don't think that's what's causing this error.

Navigate to Hardware profile in HQ and select ‘Virtual profile and remove the payment connector data and add it again and run full sync for 1090 job.

Hi,

It tells you that EFT properties of Hardware profile are empty
