Task recorder not passing steps correctly to LCS

I'm using Task Recorder in F&O to create test cases in an LCS Business Process Modeler Library. I have about 150 test cases in there now.

When going back through the library to ID tests for manual UAT, I noticed that the first step is always the link name from the menu in F&O, not the path that the user would actually see. For example, it recorded "Navigate to: PurchTable (purchtablelistpage)" instead of "Go to Procurement and sourcing > Purchase orders > All purchase orders."

To fix this, I have to open the axtr file in Task Recorder as Edit recording or Playback recording, then save it to LCS again. After about five seconds, the test case updates correctly in DevOps. I'm having to do this to ALL of my test cases, even the ones I created yesterday. I'm the only QA on this project. I don't have the time to keep doing this.
