Hi All,
In the popup window that opens with the Send Direct Email option, the From address is filled with logged in user by default.
I want to change this to a service account, if anyone has information on how to do it, I would appreciate it if they could help.
Actually I can change From field within popup window with Service Account manually, but I don't want to expect from end user to change it themselves.

Unfortunately, there are no OOB settings can achieve it. You may need complex customization if you want to achieve it.
