Are there any online tutorials that would be helpful for using Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0?

I am having trouble with certain functions of Microsoft Dynamics 2.0 and I was wondering if there were any tutorials available showing everyday administration of this program

And printing reports.

    the best thing is to read the manager and the cashier manuals , and if you came across something out side of the manauals coverage you are well come to sumbit questions and search the internet, However be carefull when appling any slutions , try to test it first on a offline database.

    You will find several guides and tutorials on Customer Source for Store Operations and POS.  You can access Customer Source by going the following website, but you need a support contract with Microsoft.
