Update Customized Field when receiving Purchase

My main object is to modify field's value in a customized Table when Purchase is received.

For this, I develop an event Handler which is call in the ModifiedField Method of the table PurchparmTable. (see print screen plz)

but unfortunately it does not meet the need cause the field value is alreedy modified even if the validation of the reception does not pass. 

HELP Please
