The technical name of this report is the Precheck Report. This report pulls from the UPR_Precheck_TEMP table and the UPR00100.
The main problem I can see with adding any field to this type of report is that it uses a String 132 in the body which essentially means that you would not be able to edit the string without adversely affecting other reports. The only fields that are available in the TEMP table are String 132, Employee ID, Net Wages/Pay Run and Sequence Number.
So in short, I am not aware of a way to edit this particular report.
