We have created custom ribbon action on contact entity views. When we select records in the views and select that ribbon action from the view then it runs a work flow and updates the status of all the selected records. This works fine on the desktop machines. When I try to access CRM from the browsers on an Ipad then I can see the views perfectly fine but when I select the records in the view and select that custom action then the OOB workflow message appears and upon confirming that it gets stuck in the midway. I am not sure why does this happen on the Ipad. We cannot use the native mobile app of Dynamics CRM as it would not help. We have tried it on Chrome for Ipad and Safari browsers on Ipad. Can anyone suggest why the OOB workflow message box does not close/complete on the browser on Ipad?
NOTE: We are using Dynamics CRM 2015 On-Premise version.
