Unable to create Purchase Order

Dear All,

I have created new Legal entity in Dynamics FNO sandbox. I have done all the required setup also created few Masters for transaction. When I tried to create Purchase order, I am not able to see anything. (Screenshot Below). Able to fill the information in at header level form, but once I click Ok- Nothing is showing in the PO form. What I must be missing??? (Here in below form- No Data is reflecting at all not in Header nor in Line) Unable to create new line also (Number sequence is created n mapped in Parameters)

Hi Nikhil,

Can you also provide information what security role is used when creating new purchase orders?

Please, are there customization on the environment ? The form Title field seems strange.
