Connecting Dynamics GP to Zethcon Synapse

We have Dynamics GP and are looking to communicate via FTP with our 3PL who is running Zethzon Synapse for their WMS. Does anyone have any experience communicating through FTP to Synapse? We are trying to avoid the VAN charges as we will be passing large amounts of data back and forth.

I have developed an integration using eConnect to integrate WMS Software to GP, points of integration are SOP Invoice, Receiving, IV Adjustment and IV Transfer, I will publish this integration on my blog for free winthin the next 2 weeks upon finalizing the testing and the documentation.
