If this user logs into a different workstation, does he get the same result? Does he get the same result if he logs in to Fabrikam?

Compare the Dynamics.set file (if the user using desktop client, then the Dynamics.set file is located in the GP installation folder of their machines) in both the users machines.
If you find any unwanted/unused products, then remove the same.
To remove the additional products from Dynamics.set file, have a look on the below link.

Note: Make sure you have backup for dynamics.set files.

Cannot see I have seen that before but let's see what we can figure out. First it's a Canadian Payroll table.
Can you create a Dexsql.log and then post what you see when the error is on the screen? Also post what you have in your Dex.ini.
