In CRM online, the user gets a warning when storage gets to 80% full. I believe the cap on storage is 50Gb. Does that mean that actually, the user can only use up to 40gb? Does anyone have any official Microsoft guidance as to why this 80% barrier was introduced - finding it difficult to explain to a customer.

I have the same question (0)The wording on the warning appears to indicate that crossing the 80% threshold will stop the system. At what point does the system actually stop then - 90%, 95%. Understand the process for recovering but the message I think is confusing and could be misinterpreted as business development process for selling more storage space.
