Our company wants to use Dynamics CRM goals as a sales budget tool for the sales team.
Previously this was done in Excel with this structure.
Yearly sales budget for the entire company.
Divided into yearly and quartely budgets for every salesperson.
In excel, the yearly budget for a salesperson was just the sum of the quartely, and I have a problem with that structure in Dynamics Goals.
Is there a way to set this up ? I tried to add yearly budget as a "parent goal" to a quartely budget but it did not work, as it said a parent goal has to have the same time period.
Is there a work around? Or a better way to set it up?
