While trying to send email i cant find send button on email form

we are not able to see send button on email form in ms crm 2106 online.

please help me how to find ribbon

    Hi,

    I assume that you are using Chrome. You will have to delete your cookies and cache from the browser and close and open the browser again. We had the same issue.
