I have a return order that all lines have been invoiced but keeps showing as 'Open' because there's one item that is still in my on-hand inventory as "reserved' for the same order. Is there a way to cancel or remove this transaction from on-hand inventory?

Thanks for your reply, I was able to delete in in SalesLine in AOT (Table Browser). Is no longer showing in my On-hand inventory and Line quantity.

No it does not appear too in the sales order. I do have a test environment but I am not sure how to replicate this issue? I have never encounter this before. If they have add that line, register it, then somehow delete it. Can you shed more light on how to see the specific SalesLine for this in AOT?
I can see that the SP5018 +1 line does not appear on the Return order form. Does it appear on the Sales order form?
If not, I'd be tempted to get this example into a Test environment, and see what happens if you delete the sales line for the +1 quantity from SalesLine directly in the AOT.

I cannot cancel it, the deliver remainder is grayed-out. I am not sure too how it happen. See my screenshot below for further reference.
Is there a way we can remove it from our on-hand inventory transaction?
It looks like AX thinks you have a 'normal' sales order line on that Sales order. If this is a 'Return order' type sales order, I'm not sure how that is possible.
From the 'Line quantity' screen, can you do 'Update line' -> 'Deliver remainder' -> 'Cancel quantity' on the rogue line?

Detailed Status: Backordered
It is actually another line with the same item that i am having problem with which is not visible on the line view of the sales order. I am not sure how the staff did that, maybe they have registered the line and delete it but i cannot cancel it?

Can you find the Return order in the 'All sales orders' list page? On the 'General' tab of the action pane (ribbon bar), hit the 'Line quantity' button. What does it say, exactly, on the line(s) for the item you are having a problem with?

That's the thing, one item is still showing as 'Reserved' in my on-hand inventory although the line has been invoiced already. It is upsetting our inventory because when i removed the reservation it just take it off our stock and is now showing as 'on-order'. Is there a way to remove that?
