Hello

I have a strange problem with a new environment

We are in our UAT stage of a new implementation and come across a strange problem with documents

in all pervious environments the documents would load to the screen as below with range of options at the top such as "find", "Zoom" and "Export"

However in the new environment all of this has gone as can be seen below. Its like its opening in a different program. Now both of the screen shots were ran on Friday just from 2 environments on the same PC so it cant be PC related

Has anyone come across this issue before. This is happening on all documents in the system not just the invopice

Hello

Our Reseller have just decided to take the system down for a couple of hours while they update some code

Ill check as soon as I can but really appreciate the advice so far

I have done all the testing in Edge at the moment but I don't get anything in my downloads folder

if I activate the check box I also get the new layout inside d365

Hi Chris.

So you have deactivated the checkbox isn`t it? If I do this I´ll get an PDF file downloaded. May you check please in your download folder? Maybe the behavior is different in Internet Explorer. I`m using Chrome.

If i activate the checkbox I`ll get it inside the D365 window. If you have the report on the screen you can use this button to download the PDF.

Hello

that is much closer it is now opening the document up in a separate web browser

still missing the options on the page for export etc

when it worked perfectly the document was opening inside 365

HI C11hwt.

Do you have the same D365 version in the two version available? From 10.0.8 I know your second screenshot. From 10.0.6 I know your first screenshot. As far as I know this is changed due to product improvement by Microsoft.
