Hello NML,
In case you can't copy the data using Ctrl + E another way that you can use is the rapidstart feature to export data from NAV Tables to an excel sheet.

What version of NAV are you on? I did hear about NAV 2018 crashing and Cumulative Update 12 resolved this. This issue I cannot recreate but I would start by making sure you are on the latest update and then test.
