Hi I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
We have set up the HMRC service connector. Connected through to HMRC and got the authorisation code and set it up in BC. The issue is that while it says we are configured there is no VAT report version set-up .. I think it should say HMRC MTD, nor is the Get VAT Periods button available which it should be if the connector works. We have tried the process 3 or 4 times and get no different results.
HAs anyone had similar and managed to get past it ?
If we set up the VAT report version as per the on premise instructions would than work ?
