Hi,
I have raised a sales order from the Call centre form. Please guide me how to get the Complete button on the form and activate the Payments option so as to make a payment from the sales order form and complete the order which is raised from the Call Centre form.

Check setting on Call center "Enable order Completion" field. It should be Yes to view the Complete button.
To add to what Kishore said, it also depends on what features you have activated. I found that the "enable order completion" option disappears from the screen when you enable new Omni-channel or unified payment features. It looks to me like turning the features on makes order completion mandatory in the Call Center, so a 'Complete' button will appear in the Sales Order.
