Displaying & Combining Lower Level Relationship Entities in Form Subgrid

Hi Guys,

I'm somewhat new to CRM, and I'm trying to amend a form to make it a bit cleaner.

We have a relationship tree similar to below, where one person may have multiple user logins for different departments, a PC ID for each, and different applications required for each department.

Our current CRM form is below, though it is a bit messy. The only way that we were able to get the machine IDs and Applications list into the Person form was to create a subgrid quickview form of the applications and machine entities in the Domain entity, and then use quick views in the person entity again.

What I am hoping to be able to get to, is the following, with it split into two subgrids by machine or application instead of 4.

Any suggestions for how to manage this?

You can achieve what are you looking for using sub-grid and some manipulations with View.
