Grey Screen on contact tab, kills whole CRM??

When opening some contacts, the new window will appear entirely greyed out, and then the only way to get back into CRM is by killing internet explorer through task manager. Is there any way to prevent the grey screen from appearing as I am occasionally losing new data which is starting to become problematic. Any help greatly appreciated.

    If you have this issue only on your machine, try to reset IE.

    yes IE version, will try resetting the IE settings and see if that helps

    Hi Swamstar,

    You could try using a different browser and check the behavior, if the issue does not occur on a different browser then try accessing CRM through InPrivate Browsing, if issue still persists you can try resetting IE and see if it helps resolve the issue.

    I think the question "IE Version" meant "which version of IE are your using?" (not yes/no)
