Error messages

Posted on by 55

I am getting the following two error message

"A get/change first operation on table 'CN_Printer_settings' has caused an unknown error (469)"

"A saved operation on table 'CN_Printer_settings' has filled the disk"

Could someone tell how to fix this please?
Thanks,
Jon

    Hi,

you could try re-creating the table. Make a back up of the DYNAMICS  and the company database first. Get eveyone to log out (to stop them entering data in case you need to restore afterwards).

Then launch GP, go into your company and click on File >> Maintenance >> SQL.

Select your company in he companies drop down. Select Collections Management in the product drop down list, and selct Collections - Report Options as the table.

Tick all the oxes to the right...ie Recompile, Update stats etc.

Click 'Process'...and then click 'Yes' when prompted to drop the table.

If this doesn't work, best to restore your databases and we'll look for other solutions.
