Hello all,
we are using MS Dynamics 365 as CRM system. One of the department would like to record phone calls of our junior sales colleagues (content of the whole phone call), for educational purposes. We are using skype for business for direct calling from CRM.
Is there any way of how to set up calls recording directly in CRM, either by default setup change or by using any 3rd party app?
Thank you in advance for your advise.
Lukas

Our team uses Productive Call Assistant. You can connect your CRM to the App, which can record your calls (You can set call group options or by CRM), and automatically have your calls, details, notes, etc., logged to your fields in the CRM.
They also have all these features like in-call voice-notes, searchable transcripts, and a screen pop when a call comes in, which shows you your CRM notes before you answer the call. The use case of training is great with this app, as you can review call audio, even just your own side of the conversation to avoid having to play a call disclosure.
They don't list MS Dynamics on their site currently, but they work closely with their clients (At least with us), and they've mentioned they had (Or have) MS Dynamics as a supported CRM when needed. Hope this helps.
