What are the best 3rd party tools for Mobile Field Services in Dynamics SL 2011?

Field service Techs need the ability to create and maintain work orders remotely.  Also need the functionality to integrate with Project Series modules.

    Hi Jose,

    I don't have an answer for your question but you could search the MIcrosoft PinPoint tool and see what you can find.  The link is pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../Default.aspx.

    Hopefully you can start your search and find something there.
