Hello!
I am the manager of digital/mar tech for an AM Law 200 firm It took me about 7 years to convince firm leadership to purchase a CRM. After much research, a ton of demos and hours of discussion, we moved forward with Dynamics 365 about 3 years ago. Since then I have worked to find and implement innovative ways to use the tool to support business development, marketing and business operations.
I have not found many other folks in the legal industry who use Dynamics. Is there anyone out there? I'm curious how you are using it to help support BD and marketing efforts. Maybe if there are a ton of us, we could form a group!
