File Menu display issue on ie9 after update rollup 13 and 14

We have updated a dynamics 2011 onpremise from rollup 6 to rollup 13-14, we have seen two problems with ie 9 (not on ie 10 by now).

1. when we clic on "File" the menu appears but all the "background" dissapear and set on white. I mean the crm tabs, left menu and the selected view, all is set on white. In addition to this some options on the down menu  are not been displayed like exit, neither the icon nor the text option.

2. On a form when whe chage the selected form the form ribbon disapear and we only see a gray bar.

I am stunned with this issues and I still do not see all... Could anybody help us!?

    Hello,

    I have solved Problem 1 turning on Compability Mode (Tap or click Tools, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings > Add Site)

    But Problem 2 have not been solved, ribbon is refreshed now but it is not loaded well because all icons are disabled. And more Grids are not been loaded.

    Finally all my problems have been solved, I had a line of Javascript to hide empty navbar options and this broke the reload of the form:

    document.getElementById("crmFormNavSubareas").parentElement.style.display = "none";

    I must have much more care with "document.getElementById" customizations and remove or replace all them.
