This may be the wrong place to post this question! I have a user using CRM and when she tries to e-mail a remittance she receives the "a program is trying to send an email message on your behalf" error. Programmatic access is configured to "Never warn me about suspicious activity". The user is using outlook 2016. I have tried adding the security settings to the registry, without success. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Is the user sending email directly from CRM or is it a plugin/workflow that consolidates/creates the email and sends it?
