Hello Community,
Support agents speaking English language only need to support incoming emails sent in different languages in Dynamics 365. Is there a way to have Dynamics 365 automatically translate those incoming emails sent in different languages into English so that the support agents can understand, and when the support agent respond back in English, have Dynamics 365 automatically translate the outbound email reply back to the original language of the initial email that the customer sends in, so that when the customer receives the email they will understand?
Is there a way to achieve this?
