What are you using or recommend for Server Backup / Disaster Recovery?
Thanks in advance for your input

Our company uses Barracuda backup solution for more than 4 years now for off-site backups.
It can do all types of backups - SQL, Exchange, file shares, system state, VMware, etc.
We never had to use it for "Disaster recovery", and hope, will not have to, but from time to time we had to restore things here and there and it worked good.
Had to pay for the device to put in our network, but after that it's 50$ per 100G a month, I belive, very comparable.
And we have on-site regular schedule SQL full and transaction log backups.
It depends, what do you want to accomplish? With a question like this, you're going to get a myriad of responses that may or may not be useful. If you're just trying to truncate transaction logs, the built in SQL server backup works great. If you want to do replication and and VM-spinup, you'll need something else.
