After CU5 Update, Help is not showing

Hello,

I just updated my system to CU5 and as the installation instruction says, I also copied and pasted the new help files into the RMS folder.  However, when I click the help -> content (F1) in Manager it shows the the table of contents on the left but the actual contents don't show on the right side of the panel; it just shows blank white page.  Is there something wrong with these files?
