Hi ~
Why i check this check box, but when the Oper.NO 20 is completed and post the route card, it do not generate the picking list ?
Am I wrong with the effect of this checkbox?

Hi Mark,
This tick box is not managing the item consumption. It will only mark the operation as complete. Can you share the settings you have done for item consumption in the Parameters and possible overridden values when starting the production order?

Did that what you want the Parameters abount the item consumption?
but the picking List is created by manual, I set the bom's items are picked when the oper.No is 20 and 40
Hmmm.... it seems to be too long ago for me. Have you tried setting another value for the Automatic BOM consumption in the field group Picking list journal?
I have tried to set the automatic bill of materials consumption, but when I update it to the start status, the bill of materials will be generated automatically..
Is it because my logic is wrong?I think we should get the corresponding materials in the corresponding process.
