Hi,
I am new to POS development and so is my team, we want to create a button on the POS screen that copies few fields values like store number, email address to external database which is not the store database or AX database.
Is it possible?
And how can I perform this?

yes it should be, you would have to write the custom code to connect to the 3rd party database and do the inserts. there are various ways you could achieve this, perhaps in the Utilities.dll.
created the required form to capture the details and perhaps create a blankOperation to call your form to capture and save the details
