I did a new install of GP 2013 build 1745. I am getting the runtime error above as well as the same thing for the Pre Trigger Registration on the same form. I used the Support Debugging Tool to disable all of the triggers on all of the products (even the GP dictionary), and still get the error. Any ideas what the problem could be? Kind regards, Leslie

We are experiencing the same trigger registration issues with the POP Returns Customization PSTL tool. And we are on GP2010 SP4 Build 2292.

I tried everything noted in this thread with no success. I also moved the module to the top of the dynamics.set load order, right after Microsoft Dynamics GP and still received the same Pre and Post trigger registration errors.

Has there been any resolution to this issue. I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Have you tried to disable all the product from the Customization Status window except Microsoft Dynamics GP?

Also print the report from the Customization Status window to check whether any triggers are registered to the window.

there are no modified or alternate forms.

I installed it for the US. I reinstalled and am getting the same error. I did a complete uninstall and deleted the dbs and then reinstalled it fresh. Are you using build 1482?

Have you checked whether the form is modified or not?

Hi Leslie,

Did you install for a region other than US? I am not getting this error for US region install. Also did you try re-installing GP?
