Attach files to a case/incident

Hi,

I am trying to build a Help-desk solution, and want to allow users to upload files with new incident/case. Is it possible to that OOB?

    Yes.. to upload files you can use Notes..

    With Notes you can attach file to incident / case.

    Harihar,

    I think Default limit for attachment is 5mb. and you can increase upto 32mb..by going system settings --》email tab..

    how we can upload document on custom entity form.Please suggest me.

    Go to Setting > Customization > Customize the System.

    Find the custom entity that you would like to add notes to and double-click on it.

    In the Communications & Collaboration section of the properties page, there is a checkbox titled “Notes (includes attachments).”

    Check this box, click the save icon at the top of the window, and then click the Publish button that is also at the top of the window.

    Hello Donny,

    As of my requirement,I have to create a Entity.And in that entity for i have to upload document information instead of annotation entity.

    My,requirement is like we are uploading file as in notes already happening.

    Dear Rahul,

    unfortunately I think there is no other standard way to attach a document besides uploading it to notes.

    Or you use the sharepoint integration. Check this out:
