New Customer Service Environment Data Center Setup Via Power Admin

Posted on by 25

I setup a new environment for Customer Service via the PowerAdmin Portal today.  I chose the "United States" region but my org is being hosted in the West Coast data center.  I have another CS org setup in the East Coast data center.  The latency to West Coast data center is painful compared to the org in the East Coast data center.

When setting the environment I don't see an option for East/West coast (if I remember correctly this was an option in the CRM portal)

...anyways...

does anybody know how I can get my West coast environment setup or moved to the East coast?
