Is it possible to create "Subscription Center" for Lead

I am trying to create a subscription center form. When i try to go-live, the "Update contact/lead" is reset as "Contacts only" and "Lead matching strategy" is reset to blank. 

Is "Subscription Center" from for lead not allowed?

    Hello,

    Yes, you are correct, only contacts can be added to a subscription. I do not believe there is way around this currently.
