Enable learning path authoring

Hi gentlemen,

I have updated CRM dynamics to update 1, there I know the learning path is a new functionality but I can't enable learning path authoring.

Does anyone have the same problem? and how can I start writing learning paths?

System administrator can turn Learning Path on or off at an organization level by going to Settings –> Administration –> System Settings. On the General tab, Set Enable Learning Path = Yes and Enable Learning Path Authoring = Yes.

After that, individual user can Enable/Disable by Settings -> Opt out of Learning path/Opt In of Learning Path.

I changed those values in my Vanilla CRM right now.

Hi,

It works for me, have you clicked "Opt in for Learnig Path" in your personal settings? Do you have any error? Have you followed the guidelines step by step from here:

Yes, my colleagues can opt on the learning path I am also opted on for that. But I noticed that when I want to enable the one below learning path "authoring" it is loading something but it has been loading for 1.5 hours now so, I wonder why is it taking so long?

In addition, I see my help and training centre in the top right corner also being loading all the time.

Any solution for this already? I am system admin, my user has opt in for learning path, but I can not enable Learning Path Authoring. When I click "Yes", the system settings page loads constantly, but does not show anything. When I refresh the page, the option is set to "No" again..

I am also having this issue. When I click on "Enable Learning Path authoring" I get an error message telling me to try again and if it continues to be a problem to contact MS Support.

Now the infinite loading thing is happening for me too.
