Report Screen Output Error for one user - Page length is shorter than the header + page footer

We have an RDS server all users from four locations use GP on. Security and access is through an AD Group. Shared GP folder access is with the same AD Group. I have one user that gets an error when displaying reports to the screen "Page length is shorter than the header + page footer". The user can save the report to a file, or use template for the display and the data is there. If I run GP as Admin, have the user login to GP with her credentials the reports display fine. If another user at her location (exact same security for server and GP) logs on the RDS Server and the user with the problem logins into GP the reports display fine.

I have rebuilt her profile on the server. I have checked her screen resolution, it's the same as other users. I have checked her print settings. I checked her access to her local temp folder.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As Lisa mentions, this is due to the printer driver.

Please ensure that a printer driver with a valid paper size and orientation is defined on the machine.

If using Named Printers, re-define all your printer IDs as driver updates can invalidate existing printer IDs.

Check that the user has a default Windows printer defined. (I believe GP is still using the default printer to render the Screen Output.)

If the report is configured with Named Printers, there could be some configuration going on with that.

If there is still an issue, please provide additional system information (like operating system and GP version.)

Double-check that the user has full control over %temp% and %localappdata%\Temp. GP uses these folders for report rendering or High DPI settings can cause display rendering issues with GP.
