How to Apply Business Rules to a Multi-Select Option Set

I am trying to apply business rules to a multi-select option set to set the visibility of additional fields based on the options selected from that option set. However, when creating a new business rule, the multi-select option set field is not available. Any recommendations?

I am also currently trying to figure out the JavaScript for working with the multi-select option set.

Thanks!

    Hello,

Here is a link that shows both using business rules and JS with multi-select option sets. It seems that business rules with multi-select option sets are not supported, but JS does work.

    Hi,

Currently we can't set multi-select option set using Business Rules. We have to use JavaScript for that. Check the following article on things to consider while setting multi-select option set values.

    Hope it helps..!!

    This is great, thank you!

I've also noticed that multi select option set fields can't be updated in bulk edit either. This, along with not being able to use them in workflows, have made them unusable for us at current time.
