Transaction Import taking screen focus

Since upgrading to SL2015CU2 we have a issue where one transaction import is taking the cursor focus preventing the user from accessing anything else running on the users PC e.g. the user can't access Outlook on another screen while the TI is running. This did not occur in the old SL7 environment.

Another user has a similar issue with some of the other Transaction Imports but others don't. And some of the Transaction Imports don't appear to have this effect and allow users to perform other functions while they run.

We are not sure where this is an environmental issue or something in the control file - any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is TI running in Minimized mode?  That would not be in the .CTL file, but is a setting in the Transaction Import screen.

    Hi Mark,

We have tried running with Minimised checked and not checked. Unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue and we get the same issue with both settings.
