Hello,
Last year, 2011, was the last year we ran payroll from the GP payroll module. The modules are still active but payroll is no longer run from them.
Do we need to run the Payroll year end close or any part of it to update the tables etc?

Hello Andrea,
We always recommend installing the most current version of GP. This year end update does include fixes for many bugs for other modules other than Payroll. For complete details on the fixes included in the 2012 Year End update please visit the URL below:
