Timer problem - NaNh NaNm NaNs

Hi,

recently I moved CRM 2013 database to a new server and since then I can't get timer to work properly. Instead of time format a get NaNh NaNm NaNs.

I checked regional settings on server computer and they are the same as on my previous server. Also I tried to change time date format on system and user settings in CRM but this didn't help.

My regional settings are Bosnia and Herzegovina (Latin, Bosnia and Herzegovina), it's not English (United States).

Can you please help me? :-)

Thanks, Zvjezdana

I have reported this to Microsoft support about a year ago (September/October 2014), and we found a workaround: My CRM application pool user had a Norwegian regional setting setup, and the trick was to change it to English US. The reason is that the server outputs the time stamps to text and the client front end assumes you have a US format (hard coded).

I am unsure if this has been fixed or when it will be fixed for 2013 to be honest, but other than having some funky time stamps (rant: why do they want the month first!?!) in my logs and outputs, this hasn't caused me any issues yet.

Some information from the email with support back in March:

    SYMPTOM

Customer has checked that with CRM 2013 SP1 RU1 when they create a Timer in the Phone Call from the timer information shown in the Phone Call activity is not correct.

    RESOLUTION

We have checked that the issue is created by a product issue introduced in CRM 2013 SP1 RU1. The product team will include the solution to this issue in future release version.

The available  workaround is changing the regional setting of your  CRM Server as is described in the link below:

I've finally solved problem. These were my steps:

On a 2012  onpremise server go to Internet Information manager instead and change .Net Globalization on the Crm website.

Change culture to English (UnitedStates) en-US

Change UI-culture to English (UnitedStates) en-US

    Make a iis reset
