Can we use `expand` key for getting list of users with their privileges? This isn't possible. The main issue is that the user can get permissions from multiple roles, and then the privileges from these roles are combined, so it's not a simple expandable relationship. Theoretically it would be possible to create a virtual entity (or non-virtual with plugins on RetrieveMultiple) to query the roles and privileges, and expose then as if they were entity records, but this would be noticeable development effort
