We use a custom receipt template for all our sales receipts but this custom template isn't used when printing duplicates directly from the POS. Instead, it prints the duplicate receipts with a very basic (default?) receipt template.
Receipt Printer 1 in Register properties is ticked to journal receipts with the custom receipt template selected.
Is there another way I can set the duplicate receipt template?

Hi EI. Not sure if I understand correctly, but what you can do is this next: in RMS SO Manager create another Recepit Template with the basic (default) information and assign it to the second POS printer. Tick the journal receipt and then choose the option of "not printing receipt ticket". this way, the "image" of the second ticket will be saved into the database, but not printed automatically when the sale is done (the first custom receipt will be printed normally). Then, when needed, the cashier can search for the second receipt (search per transaction number) and re-print it on the printer you have...
